2012 was the first year for Tatums Annual Pecan Pie Festival. The whole idea began with the intention to host a mobile cancer screening center in our town. In order to have a venue for the screening center, a handful of dedicated Tatumites organized the festival. We intend to host the cancer screening center each year. We want to be known as the place to come for the best pecan pies in East Texas and where you can get your annual breast cancer screening. Come out and join us for the fun and food.
