Festival Schedule

Saturday, April 26, 2014; 7:30 a.m. Check-in and set up booths

9:00 a.m. Vender drop-off vehicles removed from festival area

9:30 a.m. Vendors ready to sell

4:30 p.m. Breakdown of booths

6:30 p.m. Park cleared of vendors

$35.00 per booth space for non-food vendors

$45.00 per booth space for food vendors.

There will be one check-in point for vendors the morning of the festival.

Please let us know the dimensions of your booth and what you will be selling/displaying. Let us know what your electrical needs are as we may be able to supply some booths with electricity. Otherwise, you will need to provide your own. The Tatum Pecan Pie Festival reserves the right to refuse any vendor that sells/displays something that was not listed on the original application. NOTE THAT A CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY IS SPECIFIED ON THE APPLICATION. We also have a Festival Contact Number for updates.

Please respond by March 14, 2014 to secure your space(s). (Note: Most festivals in the region sell out early almost every year! Don?t Delay!)


The pecan pie is now the state pie of Texas. The pecan tree is the Texas State tree.

To keep pecans from spoiling, double-bag and store them in the refrigerator for up to three months or in the freezer up to six.
